En moyenne sur la période 2010-2014, les ruptures conventionnelles représentaient un tiers des ruptures de contrat avec les salariés protégés, la même proportion que pour l’ensemble des salariés. Sur la même période, plus des trois quarts des demandes de licenciements de salariés protégés ont abouti à une décision d’autorisation de l’inspecteur du travail. Quant aux demandes de rupture conventionnelle, elles sont très rarement refusées : près de 95 % d’entre elles aboutissent à une décision d’autorisation.
